Rebecca Brettingham-Filice is the Owner and Artistic Director of Dance Extreme Inc. in London, Ontario, Canada, where she has been inspiring dancers since 1997. With over 30 years of experience in dance education, she is a certified instructor with Dance Educators of America and Dance Masters of Canada, where she serves on the Board of Directors. Rebecca is also a founding member of Dance Safe Ontario and co-founder of Mindful Dancers, a national initiative dedicated to integrating mindfulness and life skills into dance training. Through her leadership, over 15,000 students have been guided not only in technique but in personal growth, confidence, and resilience.
