ICDR One Me | One ID Campaign Official Contest Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Sponsor

The ICDR OneMe | OneID Campaign (the "Contest") is sponsored and administered by International Competitive Dancer Registry Inc. ("ICDR").

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on July 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 15, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Entries received after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open worldwide where permitted by law.

To be eligible for the Studio Prize Package:

A dance studio must create and verify an ICDR Studio Account during the Contest Period.

The studio must complete all required onboarding and verification steps.

The studio must onboard and verify at least seventy-five percent (75%) of its competitive dancers by the end of the Contest Period.

For purposes of this Contest, "competitive dancers" means dancers identified by the studio as members of its competitive team during onboarding or otherwise designated by ICDR.

ICDR reserves the right to request supporting information reasonably necessary to verify a studio's competitive roster and onboarding percentage.

The studio must remain in good standing with ICDR through the winner selection date.

Additional entries may be earned through eligible campaign activities as outlined in these Rules.

To be eligible for a Dancer Success Prize:

A dancer must have an active ICDR danceID linked to a verified guardian account.

The dancer must be affiliated with a participating verified ICDR studio.

Dancers affiliated with unverified studios are not eligible for scholarship prize drawings.

Where a dancer is a minor, participation is subject to guardian consent and verification.

A dancer's eligibility for scholarship prizes is contingent upon maintaining an active association with a verified ICDR studio at the time of winner selection and prize redemption.

If a winning dancer transfers to another verified ICDR studio during the redemption period, ICDR may, at its sole discretion, permit redemption through the new verified studio.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. Prize Categories

ICDR Studio Grant

One (1) participating studio will receive a Studio Grant valued at $5,000 CAD.

The Studio Grant may be used toward:

Dancer scholarships

Competition fees

Convention fees

Costumes

Studio equipment

Flooring or facility improvements

Teacher education and professional development

Safety initiatives

Studio technology or software

Marketing and promotional initiatives

Other studio-related expenses approved by ICDR

Dancer Scholarships

Five (5) participating dancers will each receive a Dancer Scholarship from ICDR valued at $1,000 CAD.

Scholarships may be applied toward:

Dance tuition

Competition fees

Convention fees

Costume fees

Dancewear

Dance-related educational programs

Dance training expenses

Other approved dance-related expenses

Sponsor-Contributed Prizes

Additional prizes may be provided by campaign sponsors.

Sponsor Prizes May Include:

Products

Merchandise

Gift cards

Credits

Scholarships

Studio benefits

Educational opportunities

Promotional items

Tickets

Memberships/Subscriptions

Other sponsor-provided rewards

Sponsor prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted, modified, or withdrawn at the discretion of the sponsor or ICDR.

5. Prize Redemption

Studio Grant Redemption

The Studio Grant is not redeemable for cash.

The winning studio must submit documentation or invoices demonstrating eligible expenses.

Upon approval, ICDR may:

Reimburse approved expenses;

Pay approved vendors directly;

Apply credits toward eligible services; or

Use another redemption method determined by ICDR.

The grant may only be used toward approved studio-related expenses.

The winning studio must redeem the grant within twelve (12) months of award notification.

Unused portions will expire after the redemption period.

Dancer Scholarship Redemption

Dancer Scholarships are awarded to eligible dancers but are redeemed through the dancer's verified studio.

Scholarships are not redeemable for cash and will not be paid directly to the dancer, guardian, or family.

To redeem a scholarship, the winning dancer must be affiliated with a verified ICDR studio. The studio must submit eligible dance-related expenses incurred on behalf of the winning dancer, along with any supporting documentation reasonably requested by ICDR.

Eligible expenses may include:

Dance tuition

Competition entry fees

Convention fees

Costume fees

Studio-administered training programs

Other approved dance-related expenses

Upon approval, ICDR may reimburse the studio, apply a credit, or issue payment directly to the studio for eligible expenses up to the value of the scholarship.

Scholarship funds may only be applied to expenses incurred by the winning dancer and may not be transferred, assigned, exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash.

If a winning dancer transfers to another verified ICDR studio during the redemption period, ICDR may permit redemption through the new verified studio at its sole discretion.

Scholarships must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of award notification.

Any unused portion will expire after the redemption period.

ICDR reserves the right to request invoices, receipts, account statements, enrollment records, or other documentation necessary to verify that scholarship funds are being applied to eligible dance-related expenses.

6. Prize Restrictions

All prizes:

Have no cash surrender value.

May not be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

May only be used for their intended purpose.

Are subject to verification and approval by ICDR.

Any attempt to transfer, sell, or misuse a prize may result in forfeiture.

7. How to Enter and Earn Entries

Eligible participants may earn entries during the Contest Period through the following activities:

Studio Entries

A verified studio will receive:

One (1) entry upon completing ICDR Studio Verification.

To remain eligible for the Studio Prize Package, the studio must successfully onboard and verify at least seventy-five percent (75%) of its competitive dancers by the end of the Contest Period.

Additional entries may be earned as follows:

One (1) additional entry for every dancer who successfully completes danceID.

verification and links to the studio during the Contest Period.

Five (5) bonus entries for each studio who verifies in person at ICDR attended tradeshow events.

Dancer Entries

An eligible dancer will receive:

One (1) entry upon completing danceID verification and meeting all eligibility requirements.

Additional entries may be earned as follows:

One (1) bonus entry for each eligible dancer referral that results in a new dancer completing danceID verification during the Contest Period.

Social Media Bonus Entries

Eligible studios, dancers, guardians, and participants may earn:

One (1) bonus entry per qualifying social media post that:

References ICDR or the OneMe OneID Campaign;

Tags ICDR's official account(s); and

Remains publicly visible through the winner selection date.

Multiple platforms may be used; however, duplicate, spam, automated, misleading, or substantially identical posts may be disqualified at ICDR's sole discretion.

Referral Requirements

To qualify for referral entries:

The referred participant must be a new participant who was not previously verified through ICDR.

The referral must be properly attributed through an ICDR referral link, referral code, or other method designated by ICDR.

Referred accounts must successfully complete all required verification steps.

Entry Verification

ICDR reserves the right to verify all entries and remove any entries that are:

Fraudulent

Duplicated

Generated through automated means;

In violation of these Rules

Or Otherwise determined by ICDR to compromise the integrity of the Contest.

ICDR reserves the right to adjust entry totals in the event of technical errors, duplicate records, fraudulent activity, verification disputes, or other circumstances affecting the accuracy of entry counts.

There is no limit to the number of eligible entries that may be earned unless otherwise specified by ICDR.

8. Winner Selection

Eligible entries will be entered into random prize drawings.

Drawings will occur on or about September 15, 2026.

ICDR reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information associated with their ICDR account.

If a selected winner:

Cannot be contacted

Fails to respond

Fails eligibility verification

Declines the prize

Fails to satisfy Contest requirements

ICDR reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

10. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners agree that ICDR may use their:

Name

Studio name

City, Province/State, and Country

Photograph

Video

Testimonial

Contest-related content

For promotional, marketing, educational, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform.

By participating, entrants release all social media platforms from any responsibility related to the Contest.

12. Sponsor-Contributed Prizes

Sponsor-contributed prizes remain the responsibility of the contributing sponsor.

ICDR makes no warranties regarding sponsor products or services and is not responsible for sponsor fulfillment delays, substitutions, modifications, cancellations, shipping delays, or other sponsor-related issues.

13. Fraud and Abuse

ICDR reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, studio, guardian, dancer, or account that:

Provides false information

Attempts to manipulate the Contest

Uses automated, deceptive, or fraudulent methods of entry

Violates ICDR Terms of Service

Violates applicable laws

Engages in conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Contest.

14. Limitation of Liability

ICDR is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted entries

Technical failures

Internet outages

Platform outages

Human error

Unauthorized access

Sponsor fulfillment issues

Circumstances beyond ICDR's reasonable control.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, awarding prizes, operating ICDR services, and communicating with participants in accordance with ICDR's Privacy Policy.

16. Right to Modify or Cancel

ICDR reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, legality, or integrity of the Contest.

17. Final Decisions

All decisions made by ICDR regarding eligibility, winner selection, prize redemption, interpretation of these Rules, and Contest administration are final and binding.

18. Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions made by ICDR.
